A. SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT GENERAL COUNSEL

Responsibility :

1. Provide legal advice to senior management and the board of directors on various legal issues, especially related to the construction business.
2. Prepare, review, manage and negotiate contracts and work agreements.
3. Manage and supervise all litigation and dispute resolution process.
4. Ensure compliance with Indonesia laws and regulations, as well as compliance with environmental and construction standards, including coordination with external legal advisors when necessary. Identify and manage the legal risk faced by the company.
5. Contribute to strategic planning and business decision making.
6. Integrate legal perspectives into the company’s strategy and decision-making processes.
7. Provide input on legal implications of business decisions and new projects.

Qualification :

1. A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and typically an advanced degree such as a master’s (LLM) or equivalent.
2. Minimum 15 years experiences on related fields.
3. Significant experience in a senior legal role, ideally within the construction industry.
4. Deep understanding of contract law, construction law and related regulations.
5. FIDIC certification or equivalent.
6. Strong managerial and leadership skills.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
9. Ability to analyze and evaluate business process, identify issues and propose pragmatic solutions while maintaining strong legal and business judgment.
