1. Legal Staff
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive legal support for Traknus Group by conducting through legal research, forming well-founded legal opinions, and effectively communicating legal matters to relevant internal users and departments.
- Assist in legal agreement processes, including drafting, revising, and supervising contractual documents to ensure they align with company interest.
- Handle legal issues and cases to prevent any potential disruptions to business operations, while representing the company in all legal-related relations and disputes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law Major.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Exhibit a profound understanding of legal matters, showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
- PERADI certification, practical experience in court, and other Legal-related experience is a plus
- Computer literacy is a must
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
2.Procurement Staff
Responsibilities :
- Ensure efficient and accurate purchasing operations by validating vendors, collecting data for requirement analysis, aligning orders with forecasts, and conducting post-purchasing activities according to procedures.
- Monitor vendor payments, support purchases of attachments, optional equipment, service tools, local parts, and projects, and maintain complete and compliant documentation to streamline processes and meet organizational needs effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) from Management, Accounting in Industrial Engineering, and other relevant majors
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Exhibit a good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
- Interested in procurement and supply chain activities
- Experience in related position is a plus
- Computer literacy is a must
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
3. IT Application Support
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and troubleshooting of both ERP and non-ERP applications to support business processes effectively.
- Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Exhibit an understanding of data flow diagram in a form of blueprint, understands data base and environment structure (MySQL)
- Demonstrate a good communication skill, able to work in a team and work under tight schedule
- Client-server, SAP, and application development technology trend knowledge & understanding is a must
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
4. IT SAP (PM Module)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance business applications by troubleshooting issues, coding system improvements, and addressing user needs from IT SAP Functional Analysts.
- Analyze related user requirements, monitoring SAP systems, and implementing system enhancements while ensuring alignment with business processes and organizational goals
