Halal Auditor - Mandarin Proficiency
Key Responsibilities :
1. Conduct Halal audits and ensure the conformity according to Halal Product Assurance System requirements.
2. Evaluate sufficiency of Halal Product Assurance System implementation in the company based on requirements.
3. Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
4. Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities as needed.
5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and assess the client’s corrective actions.
6. Stay updated on changes in Halal certification requirements, international quality management system, and regulations.

Qualifications :
1. Minimum have a bachelor’s degree in food technology, chemistry, agricultural technology, biochemistry, pharmacy, industrial engineering, biology, veterinary medicine, agriculture, or any related field.
2. Familiarity with Halal Product Assurance System is a must, understanding the basic food safety management systems is preferable.
3. A good command of Mandarin, both verbal and written, including the ability to write clear and concise reports in Mandarin.
4. Preferably having 1 year experience in Halal auditing, but fresh graduates are welcomed.
5. Detail-oriented and strong analytical thinking.
6. Excellent written / verbal communication skills, while aslo having strong influencing skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as a team.
